A business can’t run without someone managing the income and expenses. I work tirelessly to manage the finances with the utmost integrity so that clients are given outstanding service with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are working with an agency that really cares about them.

As the assistant to the director, it is my job to partner with the director to strategize, prioritize, optimize, and manage processes and operations. I refine the business direction and objectives, adopt new, while streamlining current processes, increase revenue and decrease expenses. I manage day-to-day operations, vendors, and internal HR activities. I recruit personnel, pull statistical data, create monthly reports, organize the facility, office space, files, and electronic records. All of this is done so that we can offer professional services and the best possible experience for our clients.
