Insurance Billing -

Insurance benefits can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming especially when trying to find out who handles your mental health benefits! At Oakwood Clinical Associates, we will contact your insurance company and attempt to obtain benefits regarding your mental health benefits. You will receive a phone call explaining your benefits so you know what to expect at your first service.

Please Remeber:

      1. The information you recieve regarding your insurance benefits is only the information that we obtain on your behalf from your insurance company.
          We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information until your claims pay out.

      2. If we are informed by your insurnace company that you have an unment deductible, a copayment and/or a coinsurance as part of your plan, that 
          amount will be due at the time of service.

      3. At this time we do not file claims to secondary insurance companies. We can provide you with the information to file with your secondary insurance
          company for reimbursement from them.
